About
This cheatsheet shows how to measure leaf sizes in ImageJ using an 8-bit thresholding workflow. The video was created by Dylan de Domizio, a BEDA student who has kindly agreed to share his workflow for future students.
The workflow converts the image to 8-bit greyscale, applies a threshold to separate the leaf from the background, and measures the resulting leaf area. It also handles common issues such as labels or writing on the leaf.
For now, it is a single video tutorial, but a written version will be added to this section in the near future.
